Information on the impact of the activities performed by the organizational unit consisting in launching an X-ray laboratory and launching and using X-ray devices on human health and the environment.

I. List of radiation sources Unit equipped with X-ray machines (X-ray tubes):
• Kodak 2200 by Kodak - Decision No. 119/2013 of 28-03-2013
• Pax-i 3D Smart by Vatech - Decision No. 197/2021 of 10-05-2021
The unit has reviewed permanent shield designs and permits to launch the following laboratories. Documented measurements of the distribution of ionizing radiation dose rate in the vicinity of the device.
II. The X-ray laboratories in the above-mentioned unit are a supervised area.
This area is limited to rooms in accordance with the design of permanent shields: X-ray Room, X-ray Room Control Room. During the
exposure, only persons employed in the unit and classified in category "B" and the patient may be present. The boundaries of the
supervised area are marked in accordance with the above regulation, information boards are placed on the doors to the mentioned rooms.
This area is protected against unexpected entry by unauthorized persons / the door opens with a handle from the inside. Warning lighting above the door.
III. The Unit conducts individual dosimetry, proposed dose limits up to 6 mSv per year.
Personnel classified in the "B" exposed category.
From the results of individual dosimetry for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 - no indications for changing the exposure
category. The dose records after obtaining readings from the current measurement period - will be forwarded to the head of the unit.
Personnel qualified for individual dosimetry are kept up to date with the results obtained. Our personnel have up-to-date training in the
scope of.
